VAGUELY MEANDERING ... SO... WHAT'S THIS ALL ABOUT? I'm glad you asked!
This is a place for me to experience life outside of my vocation as an Anglican Priest and United Church Minister. Ordained in 2007 I have pastored in two small town churches, one in Ontario, the other in British Columbia.
In July 2025 I had a prophylactic bilateral mastectomy. In August 2025 I was diagnosed with breast cancer. There is discussion about cancer and some very strong language is used. If strong language upsets you, you may wish to look away. I don't blaspheme, but I do drop an "f-bomb" from time to time.
This is place of wonder, a place of discussion and foremost it is a place of love.
Hate speech of ANY kind will not be tolerated. This is your one and only warning.

Hair
As long as I can remember, I have a had a weird relationship with hair. Growing up my hair was always kept short, in a sort of pageboy style. Thick hair, like my dad. Unruly, like my mam. I high school, when most of my friends had long flowing locks, I went shorter. (more...)

Beginning in my teen years I wanted a tattoo. It was strictly forbidden because only men got tattoos and those who did were either sailors or convicts.
